Destinations Breckenridge and Vail

Breckenridge and Vail annually trade off as being the two most high-traffic ski mountains and ski towns in the United States, and it’s for a reason.

Breckenridge has a vibrant western town center – a picturesque Main Street that’s a little touristy, with great local restaurants, bars and historic sites just one block away, and a gondola to and from the town center to the ski mountain.

Vail was built to mirror a classic European village, with cobblestone walking only streets, lined with old world looking stores, restaurants and inns. Vail is luxury and pricey, yet with that you get a ski-in town at the base of the largest and most plentiful ski terrain – 5,000+ acres and 200+ runs – in Colorado.VAIL TOWNVAIL SKIINGVAIL LODGING

As both ski mountains are owned and operated by Vail Resorts, a ski pass or lift ticket good at one of these resorts is also good for that same day(s) at the other.
